Wine Based Coolers
We've upgraded our micro-carbonation system with a new pressurized bottle filler resulting in a better product. Come in and try a batch, like everything we guarantee it or we'll replace it no questions asked.
We can also carbonate wines to make sparkling wine or champagne type products.
Wine based coolers and apple based ciders yield 23 litres of 6% to 8% alcohol.
All coolers must be packaged in pressure resistant containers. We recommend PET plastic bottles with screw caps.
