Pure Brewers® is a unique high output yeast product. A batch of Pure Brewers® yields 23 litres of 23% fermented alcohol.

This product can be used to fortify other products like wine and port. It can also be mixed with a wide variety of flavourings to produce spirits, liqueurs or fruit flavoured bases for coolers and punches or martini mixes.

Making Pure Brewers® is no harder than making a regular batch of wine. The process takes approximately 4 weeks from start to finish. Bottling takes between 1/2 hour and 1 hour.

Listed Below are the various Liqueur, Spirit and Fruit Flavours that are available.

The Liqueur & Spirit flavours come in either bottles or pouches. Each bottle or pouch is sufficient to flavour one litre of alcohol base.

The Fruit Flavours are all natural and come in 500 ml bottles. Each 500ml bottle will flavour 1/2 batch of alcohol base. Fruit flavoured base combined with your favourite pop make great higher alcohol coolers.

The various liqueurs can also be thickened with liquid glycerin to thicken them.

All of the flavours listed below are usually in inventory at The Wine Factory. To make sure you get all the flavours you want to mix we recommend planning a couple of weeks in advance and checking with us to make sure everything you're looking for will be available on the day you come to bottle.
